Unfortunately, a server crash a few months ago damaged all files available in our download area. We were able to re-upload many of the files undamaged, but for many downloads we were not able to re-upload them yet.
The file "flightport libraries for P3Dv4" you mentioned belongs to the second group. 
Today I asked Günther, the uploader, about it, he assured me to check his PC next week and if necessary upload an undamaged version.
If that happened I will post an update here in this thread, then you will be noticed about it.
