§1 General

Files which are offered for download via Flusiboard are subject to a basic moderation. This should prevent malicious software as well as possible breaches of law and copyright infringements. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the content of the files. The respective creator is responsible for this.

§2 License

Files which are offered free of charge in the Flusiboard Filebase are freeware. Files that are offered at a price are Payware.

§3 Usage

The files offered in the Flusiboard Filebase are intended exclusively for private home use. They may not be used, listed, sent or even resold commercially without the express permission of the creator of the respective file.

§4 Liability

The content of the files uploaded to the Flusiboard Filebase is the responsibility of their respective creators. Flusiboard is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of such files. The same applies to the legal harmlessness of the files. Also for this the respective creator is responsible.
Should a file be accompanied by further agreements of the creator, these shall apply without restriction.
